They didnt have a current style in stock, which I tried on last week in Harrods, I was very rudely chased out of the store instead of being offered any alternatives.

Appalling customer service. Trying to exchange a pair of shoes bought in store. Tried them briefly at home only. The store rejected them after initial inspection saying those soles were dirty. Note that those soft beige leather soles attract dust easily. I had to insist on the exchange and tolerated a few unkind comments. The store reluctantly used a rubber eraser to clean the soles and those shoes were eventually accepted for exchange. The staff could have started with that before rejecting the exchange. The shop should have put protective films on all soles given such strict return policy. The whole process made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Will never visit again.

Went to this store to get a pair of shoes for my sister. And me with no sense of fashion had to rely on the store manager Marcelle (I think) Thank god for her Best service I have ever received in a shop And saved me and got the best pair of shoes ever THANK YOU All the best Emma

A tiny place but staff is wonderful and a great selection of gomette but a selection is different to what's in harrods.
