We paid to have a ring commissioned - the stones repeatedly fell out. So many times that they made us a new ring saying this would be better and again, a stone fell out. Instead of apologies for the poor workmanship, they said I was to blame and causing the stones to fall out with how I wore the ring (which was normally, on my finger). We paid thousands of for nothing as they have refused to repair the ring and also refused to refund us for their poor workmanship. There are much better jewlers in London - Georgina Boyce, Philipa Herbert to name a few. Don't waste your money, and trust me, it will be wasted.
