This the one of Worse chai i ever had before. Im regular customer of Walthamstow and Upton park chaiiwala i came to try Chi from this branch ( Knightsbridge ) but believe Im super disappointed. Chai is feeling like room temperature water and milk is off differently. Another thing is customers service unbelievable Very disrespectful.

Good staffs and good food. A little tip: Staffs need to be a bit more attentive to the customers rather than having lovely chitchat with each other.
