Snowflake Luxury Gelato - South Kensington

We come here every time we go to the museums. The service is always friendly. The dark chocolate and pistachio is a winning combination for me. It would be great if they had more vegan choices that were not sorbet.

It was quite quiet and thus being able to get a table and chairs upstairs to relax whilst eating and enjoying the gelato was great!

Just got my ice cream , large size is 6.50 which is 3 scoops in a cup , reading other people reviews that they have complained about prices and scoops , all details are stating on top of the board or paper menu , nothing hidden , no one push you to purchase anything, so if you happily paid 6.50 so what is the complaints about. The ice cream is delicious , I loved customer service from dark hair girl and blond boy , the girl gave me to try flavours and a boy recommended me what flavours he likes the most, normally I wouldnt go for salted caramel but this one is 10 from 10, pistachio and strawberry cheesecake is very good too!!! The only thing I didnt like is the not smiley and miserable lady on the till , I didnt felt welcome , she has the longest pink nails , I think its unacceptable to work in food industry with those nails its could come out in the food.
