Great location and thats about it, the hotel is dated and needs updating. The heating wasnt working in our room and the sink tap wasnt working either. Complained twice and nothing was done. Called reception for the third time and the evening staff, sent someone to have a look at the heating, we also asked him to repair the sink tap which he did. Although our problem was initially resolved, the heating stopped working again and a heater was provided. Then at check out time a maintenance man came along to fix the heating problem. Well, too little too late, both issues spoiled our stay. Breakfast was good. However, we will not stay here again and I left as an unhappy guest, I did tell the lady at reception and she said she will let her manager know. Not interested at all and didnt care for how we felt about the inconvenience caused to us. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.
