Room size : was very small suitable for a couple Cleanliness: bed good shower and toilet not so good shower blocked and in need of serious deep clean Location: amazing if you want to stay near harrods and fancy shops. Food wise very expensive location for average food. WiFi: good signal Parking: free after 6:30pm till 8:30am Overall hotel I would rate this hotel 3/5 as a maximum. Mainly because of the location but the hotel needs serious updates. Has a lift I think is suitable for one person not great for people with physical disabilities as there is no ramp. Walkability: 5 min walk away from harrods

Ive really enjoyed my stay at The Beaufort. Just a short walk from the Knightsbridge tube, Harrods and Hyde Park, its very well located for a visit to London. The hotel itself is charming, clean and well attended. I was upgraded to a junior suite which was really nice and spacious, with a separate area for luggage which helps to declutter the room. There are nice touches too, like the sparkling and still complimentary waters, biscuits and free soft drinks at reception any time - small things which cost the hotel almost nothing but few offer. The staff are friendly, the bed is comfortable, the WiFi is good and the rates are very reasonable for what you get here. Good value and highly recommended.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. The rooms are too small so I had to take a junior suite. They had no sound proof I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms. The sound of the wood stairs was too loud we couldnt sleep well. I booked for 6 nights, spent half of my visit using the stairs up to the 4th floor because their elevator broke!!!! I climbed the stairs with my bags up and down which was frustrating! I couldnt complain because from first place I never felt safe around the random faces in the reception.. theres a new face every-time I go down. They have a weird stupid policy to keep your keys in reception when you leave, they dont have a spare! The elevator is very small fits only two people without any luggage. For the whole stay I made sure I keep the do not disturb sign because I never felt safe and trusted them. I really hope they work harder on keeping clients around by being more amiable and friendly.
