        They sell facials on wowcher but then ignore calls, messages and emails so you are unable to book and receive your treatment. I have complained to wowcher and they also cant get in contact with this clinic. Dont advertise treatments and deals if you are unable to provide them!

        Had a appointment booked in July, went to the saloon only to find it closed. I received no call to warn me the place was closed, Im also still waiting for a refund. Terrible experience .

        Worst customer service ever!! Do not buy any vouchers as EMK won't honour them and they fail to respond to messages/emails so you aren't able to get a refund. When they do finally call you back they are rude and obnoxious - I would avoid them where possible...on that note there are plenty other Clinics that have great treatments and customer service, at competitive rates in London.
