        I come here all the time - the flowers always look so healthy and the staff is really kind Edit: have stopped going since the flowers dont last longer than a day anymore and are now too pricey

        Extremely poor customer care - very rude! Wanted my receipt to be sent to my email rather than printed off for environmental reasons but when member of staff realised I tapped that option she literally yanked the card machine off my hands and said she needed it for another customer so printed it off instead. Florists are extremely aware of the impact they have on the environment and I have to say this attitude really disgusted me, not to mention the fact that they completely dismissed my preferences!!
