        I went to this business this afternoon, because I had a fresh stain on my light beige coat. The stain seemed difficult to remove to me and the coat is a designer one, so I thought Jeeves would be the best place to take it to. However, the person who greeted me was not helpful at all. He didn't want to look at the stain, and told me directly that he would have to send the coat to their cleaning service to understand if they could remove. I asked how long this would take, his answer was 'about a week'. So the stain would stay there for a week and I would wait just to get an answer... I obviously left and went to a different dry cleaner. I had used Jeeves in City of London few times, and the lady was very helpful there. My Fulham experience was the opposite. I don't recommend their service in Fulham.
