Rolex Boutique at Harrods

Ive shopped at Harrods fro over 35 years and bought and spent a lot of money. Rolex Harrods, I have enjoyed a great relationship and had a few watches but when my sales advisor left, I was treated like nobody, the history was wiped and I was treated like a homeless person. Having spoken to several sales staff downstairs in other Watch rooms I was told the only way to get watches from Rolex Harrods is by giving them gifts ! Gift Vouchers, Money or similar !!!! Nathan I know has previous of this at Bucherer, but the manager Rob actively encourages this and even the personal shoppers working in Harrods get distribute these gifts with their VIP clients. Harrods Rolex is corrupt and they only work on their personal gain. I have informed Rolex of this and given them =eveidence. Its a shame such a great Brand Rolex and Harrods is dogged by the antics of the staff.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vlad and it was a great experience. Cant thank Jamie & Hina enough. After being let down by a number of Rolex boutiques I called in on the off chance later April. We had a chat and even though the exact timepiece I wanted wasnt available I got something equally beautiful. Really well looked after by the team, not spoken down on and treated like a human. Rolex - you really need to employee more like Jamie & Hina. x
