I understand it's Harrods and it might be a bit more expensive, but 20 for two coffees and a biscuit is excessive. It's clearly a tourist trap or a place for rich people who want to throw money away. I will never go back.

Low quality service. We waited so long before being served. Prices are exaggerated. A cup of coffee costs around 7 with average quality. I wouldnt visit again as long as there are other options.

Before you go on your day trip, or just a wander around west london you should think about what youre buying. . My order was very very simple a crossaint, toasted with butter and a cappuccino.how hard can this be? After an extended amount of time a cold crossaint that hadnt even been heated, refrigerated butter and coffe made from over roasted beans. For the huge mark up a quality product should have been delivered. Even a child knows not to use butter straight out of the fridge. Apparently Harrods dont, and it proves that they dont care about food. So instead of giving them something more complex to screw up I would cross the road and head to somewhere that has at least mastered the basics.
