I agree with all the below reviews. Customer service at this store is embarrassingly poor. I bought some items online and was told to come to the store collect. They made me wait outside in the cold for 10 minutes because the store was so busy- there were 5 people inside tops. When I finally got into the store they were equally as dismissive and rude despite being a paying customer. Would not visit again.

This morning I read a great article in the Wall Street Journal on how Remo Ruffini is bringing the brand forward. This afternoon I visited Moncler in London and had the first poor experience in many years of shopping at Moncler around the world. It should not take 30 minutes for a line of 5 to enter the store, half of which were wearing Moncler clothing, myself included, and one behind me who was wearing Moncler and had an appt scheduled 20 minutes prior, all of us freezing in the weather. I hope Mr. Ruffini understands that his customers are important, and the stewards of his company should not be treated so poorly at a flagship location in London. It was not overly crowed inside and the small line was unnecessary and insulting given how much we have spent at Moncler (which should have been obvious given what we were wearing), and intended to spend again. My wife and I decided to leave while we stood at the very font of the line, just like several others before us. We wont be back.
