        Ordered Couple of shoes from your Online Store Billionaire, Last Month I ordered Its been a month have not received My item, Call them every single day, every day is a new story, we will raised a case with head office, but no one come back to me yet, calls to their office in switzerland and they do not help at all, need money back.

        Purchased goods online, needed to return some items. After 6 phone calls to their customer service team in switzerland (which cost 75 Euros) i still was unable to get a returns label as the back office team were busy.. Raised a dispute with AMEX and got my money back
