The seller was rude and she didn't even know the prices , I asked for a 15 ml size and she said 120 , I said are u sure and she said yes, besides that a question to manager do u find ur staff " in the street " , no manners at all, so pity for such a big company

I went to this shop on 01/12. I hope that I didnt take this wrong but I think the staffs there is racist, I came to the shop first and they completely ignored me, jump to the next customer who is white. When I asked for blotters they only offered me one and wouldnt willing to offer me more because says by the manager: otherwise there wouldnt be enough for other customers. Ive never been served, feeling awkward so I just left. Terrible customer service

As per the companys loyalty scheme, I returned my bottle of Bergamote 22 to get my discount as I would be refilling it with the same perfume I have been purchasing for over 5 years now. Im not that precious with my perfume and I actually keep it in the bathroom, where I guess many people do. As such, the paper the company attach on the bottle (made of paper I have to stress) wears out and you can no longer read the label. However, you can certainly smell it. The gentleman at the counter went on to explain that it is company policy to refuse a refill if they cant see the label. He continued to refuse to listen as I tried to explain that I only buy Bergamote 22 and nothing else and Im happy take the responsibility of my new perfume not smelling as it should be because it contained a different perfume (according to the gentleman) He referred me to the company policy and asked me to call Head Office. He also refused to show me the policy when I questioned the claim and tried to highlight the fact that a policy can only be a written document. What happened to the lovely Le Labo as we used to know it? Refusing to honour your loyalty scheme for a perfume that is so dear is poor, misleading and harmful marketing. Este Lauder, please do better and listen to your loyal customers. Its such a shame for a once lovely brand.
