I did laser hair removal. 6 sessions and no result at all. Probably bad quality of their laser machine. Just waste of time and money. I would not recommend this salon!

Appalling company with illegal practices. They will pressure you to buy treatments up front, with very little result. They will repeatedly cancel appointments but do not think for a second you will get your money back.They will provide false contact details if you attempt to escalate your issue, both fake emails and fake office contact details. The company refuses to engage with the retail ombudsman or any formal communication.If you want to get your money back you will have to commence legal proceedings

Highly recommend - the staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! Therapy room is clean and cozy. I am super happy with the decision from waxing to laser. Looking forward to seeing the results. Thank you so much. See you in 5 weeks time!!!

Really nice people. Had a half head of highlights as per the 49 Groupon deal but with toner, treatment, and my hair being below shoulders it came to 100, even with excluded cut and blowdry. So it wasn't cheap, but not too expensive either! I did stress that I wanted ashy hair instead of orangey tinged and unfortunately it ended up being a little bit more orange than I would have liked, but nothing purple shampoo can't fix. Overall, I'm really happy with my hair
