Sanrizz Salon Knightsbridge

I was sent an offer from sanrizz colour experience which was highlights and a blow dry for 99. I called the Knightsbridge salon and clearly explained the offer to the person who answered the phone and they booked me in . I called the day before to ask a question about the colour service and was told very abruptly and in a combative manner by the Japanese manager ( at least she had a strong Japanese accent ) that they dont do this offer in Knightsbridge and basically called me a liar and asked me to prove it !! It might just be language difficulties and miscommunication but I feel she could use training in dealing with customers as she made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed. to be honest I just wanted my hair done , I wasnt particularly looking for a cheap deal . I ended up going across the road to Joseph in Beauchamp place who made me feel very welcome and Sarah did a fantastic job of my highlights and blow dry . Service: Hair coloring

I second Lanes review - Deko, the manager is absolutely vile. I popped in the other day to book an appointment & buy some products, and when I asked Deko which ones shed recommend for my hair, she was very rude & borderline aggressive. I also noticed that while the young lady at reception was using the computer, Deko smacked her hand out of the way & stood in front of her. The young lady was visibly uncomfortable & possibly scared of her which was horrible to witness. I will not be visiting again Service: Hairstyling
