Truly awful digital banking. Web portal and app have several onboarding issues and glitches. IT systems behind the nicely polished website are, well, stuck in early 2000s. You'd think they'd invest in this area given we're in 2023! Or that at least they'd have a competent telephone service given the money they're saving by not having a branch. Doesn't fill one with confidence if you were to ever get stuck, God forbid. Gatehouse in comparison was far more seamless in onboarding, although both banks are known for their terrible customer service. The Muslim community deserves far better.

Most branch closed down have to travel to use there service now and dont pick up the phone, not operating according to time given on website so going there is all ways risky due to been closed even showing open on website

Doesn't deal with EU customers, so was turned away, even though I hold an account with them. Also automatically assumed I was from the EU as I'm white, wouldn't let me through the front door. Appalling, closing my account with them.
