Nearby activities: The activity center is close by and the Sailing club is also right next door. Safety: Pretty safe for kids to be let lose. Ample fire precautions and easy access in case of fire. Food & drinks: There is a small cafe on site, all be it a little basic. The guy who served me was a little rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Noteworthy details: Kathy, the lady who manages the site is noteworthy in herself. She was so helpful, polite, informative, keen to assist, friendly and generally a stand out special kind of person. She made our stay that little more pleasant simply by just being herself. Playground: A well positioned and varied play area to enjoy for the kids. ( or adults hehehe) Lots to play on and plenty off room. Dog-friendliness: Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads. Picnic area: A few to choose from. Situated all over the site, and the lake are seats and benches to have snacks etc.
