Our dog was dirty and smelly on collection. They couldn't find her bed which had been left in the kennel with her so not sure what she had been sleeping on. When they did find it, it was filthy and soiled. She had terrible diarrhea (still has after 4 days of being home) A1 said this was due to the heat but our dog spent 4 years in Cyprus and was never this poorly. Most of the food we'd left for her was returned to us uneaten. Never again.

First time in using and will be the last time. Initially asked to inspect the kennels prior to putting my two dogs in. Was told that due to covid bearing in mind that this is June 2022 covid restrictions lifted this was not possible. Normally this would have been a big red warning sign. But due to time limitations had to take a chance and put my dogs in for 10 days. On the day of picking them up had phoned and told them I would be there between 9.30 - 10.00am arrived no one around place was deserted. So had ring them to tell them that I was outside waiting to pick up my dogs. On getting the dogs they were dirty and smelly now the car and house stink and now it is going to cost me to have the dogs at the groomers and to have the house and car cleaned

PLEASE DONT USE THIS PLACE. never again will I put my dog here. The "owner" quoted me a price via email which on pick up had junked up 60 the excuse was she thought i said my dog was a cat but the email said how much are your faily rate for a dog. When i argued this she said she has been too busy and misread. That isn't my fault. It's hers. The customer service was absolutely shocking and she spoke down to me. My dog was stinking and wasn't herself at all. When I dropped my dog and asked where she would be sleeping and could I have a look, I was told due to covid restrictions etc it wasn't possible. Its September 2022. When we dropped the dog off we waited 20 minutes at the reception area or lack of. The said owner came out and I assumed she was coming to help us but instead asked us to move our car so she could get hers out and she told us just to keep ringing the bell and someone will hear us. The exchange was very awkward. As we needed to go away as an emergency and our usual kennels were full we didn't have much choice. There is so much more to this but please please avoid at all costs.
