        Very poor service. Received a quotation from Swales for scaffolding platforms around 2 chimney stacks and duly give them the go ahead to start. I received a mail on a Friday stating someone would be coming out the following week to organise a start date. Without warning they turned up at 8.30 on the Monday morning. Unfortunately I was unable to see them and my wife showed the 2 chimneys requiring the work. Straight away the guy was reluctant to start the work stating the access tower would too far away from the chimney. He wanted to go back and speak to his manager. My wife then stated that they had completed the exact same work a number of years ago. We've not heard anything back and from the silence I guess they are now not interested.
