Saw online and called an enquiry, spoke to John and discussed the purchase. Told him I'm quite a distance away (Glasgow area), he took very comprehensive pictures, good and bad, loved the honesty! Some little dings etc, nothing to stress about. Agreed a deal, and was promised 3 weeks for collection.
No dramas on collection, caravan was EXACTLY as described. Although I thought it was so much better in person.
Full walk through and handover, no question too daft, nothing too much hassle. John was lovely and very funny too.
Personally I thought the whole experience was so easy, I'd recommend them. AND, I think my next purchase will be from here too in the future.
