Used them for about 9 months. Mostly good. Great communication on the whole. At the end of lockdown 1, They gave us ZERO notice, told us they couldnt continue working for us and then stated they werent working in our area any more (Reeth) leaving us with a massive problem. Our cottage is in an area they are advertising they work in as I write this review May 2021.

Company were used for the cleaning of the holiday cottage we rented. Extremely poor cleanliness when we moved into the property. For example, our 18 month old son ran around with bare feet on the first day within 20 mins his feet were black. Dusty and dirty on all surfaces and under beds. We feel they changed the beds and then left. Furthermore all the rubbish from the previous tenants were left in the bins so we had no room for ours. The owner had to travel from London to empty them for us. Finally, we sadly left a bag in the property with baby utensils and sentimental items. Both, ourselves, holiday home company and the owner have tried to get in contact with them and both telephone never ring and go straight to voicemail. Obviously no response to any of our calls. Done and Dusted are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They manage the changeovers on a holiday let property and consistently maintain high standards and are very responsive to calls and emails relating to queries & special requests. It's hard to find such reliable and thorough people so I'd thoroughly recommend D&D! Thanks for your hard work!

This is an exemplary service offered by a very well run business If you want the best, use them as your cleaners.
