Fab company. I'm in Suffolk and rang to book a taxi for my profoundly deaf son. Taxi driver texted him and arrived on time. He looked after my sons things while he went to the cash machine. Throughly recommend. Thankyou.

Terrible company. Was left standing in the cold and rain at the crematorium for well over an hour after the funeral. When I called back phone staff reinsured me a car was on the way. Another 30 mins passed with no show. Finally got a call from the driver who seem to not have a clue where to go and he had a bad attitude. Said he was 20 mins away. 5 minutes later their office rang to say it was cancelled and the driver said something that they can't repeat. On all days to be let down and made to wait in the cold for no reason I wasn't best pleased. The driver needs to be sacked.
