Snag My Property

Top-notch service! We needed a snagging survey to be completed within a week. It took Snag-My-Property 3 days, from the point of me reaching out to Adam to the point of receiving a detailed 50-page report. We wanted the snag report to give us peace of mind when purchasing a new build. Given the report even highlighted minor scratches on a window, we cannot feel more assured. Adam also gave suggestions on how to fix some of the issues, which is more than we what we paid for.

Had Adam snag my new build house on Wednesday. He is absolutely professional and efficient. He arrived 15 minutes earlier, which gave us confidence. He is incredibly friendly and make the process so much easier for us as a first time buyer. While he do the snagging, he would point out and generously explain what are the major issues. It is impressive that the report is provided at the same day. Overall great service and I would strongly recommend his service to other new build buyer.
