It's like a a cheap knock up of a wanna be Shoreditch bar. For a grade 2 redo I was quite disappointed. Thought it would definitely be better than a couple of food stands and scaffolding and decking for the sky bar. Cocktails we're nice and staff are very friendly so that's good. Pricing is well ... Booked for 7 people and paid upfront for a bar tab and food tokens for our Christmas staff party. Very disappointed with the money we spent due to a number of issues. We were placed upstairs on sofas in a freezing cold room that was practically empty and for the first hour had no music so was deadly silent aside from our chatter, the bar up there was poorly stocked 3 of the beers were off due to "supplier issues" and then they ran out of two soft drinks, plus everything was served in plastic disposable cups like a dingy nightclub. We went down to order food from the vendors only to find out that 4 of them (the ones we particularly wanted to try) were closed. We settled for what was left and ordered food to then find out that the food vouchers are worth 10 each and most of the meals were around 13 so we needed two vouchers, but they wouldn't give change so we effectively had to spend 20 on something priced at 13 or order more food than you needed. After ordering we were told by the BBQ place that we had to come back down to collect it as they won't bring it up to the table (told to come back in 10 minutes), went back in 10 to find it sitting on the counter unwrapped and cold... After observing other tables we then noticed that particular food vendor did actually deliver to the table behind us multiple times as well as other tables. After this we spoke to the "manager" who moved us to a table downstairs but very cramped, we complained again and finally got moved to a smaller table but more central, we had to argue for our bar tab to be used on cocktails as apparently they don't do this and after wasting the first couple of hours completely shocked at how poorly the place was managed we finally got to have a few drinks under some heaters. Everything in the place was poorly managed, from the dirty floors and toilets to the extremely young and inexperienced staff. Twice the bar downstairs misquoted what was left on our bar tab one minute it was 118 then it was 2.50, then awhile later it was 15 and then 10.50... Either way we're sure we didn't get to use all of the money we paid due to the disorganisation. The best parts about it are the independent pizza, greek and desert / milkshake vendors who were very friendly and made lovely food and drinks despite initially not knowing what our food vouchers were and having to go and check with the "manager". We also did receive a bottle of Prosecco on the house for our trouble, but this is a very small gesture when you've had multiple issues. Bottom line is we took our staff here for a work Christmas party but ended up spending most of the time arguing to get what we had paid upfront for. The photos on Google look nothing like the place and we certainly didn't get what we paid for. I think it's clear that this place is run by someone who needs a bit more management training, if he spent a little more time managing the place rather than ogling young girls it could have been a very different experience for everyone. By all means allow people to pay on the night but don't sell something in advance that you can't provide.

This place is Lush and buzzing in the Summer. A total vibe ! DJ, great photo ops & great "Street food"
