So disappointed with the level of service our block now received (or doesn't received). Asking Prior to manage our roof replacement, expecting them to use their experience was a terrible mistake. Telephone call not returned, difficult to contact when most of the world is working from home with a mobile they still only let you leave a message on a landline. The roof projects is nearly 2 years old but they still seems unable to tender the project correctly or provide long suffering freeholders with the relevant information asked for. Maybe if there was rainwater running down their walls they would get their act together. Is it too much to ask for an update when you have 1000s of pounds of our money? Could someone apart from the poor receptionist answer a phone call? Could promised calls be returned? I only given them 1 star as you are unable to give them zero stars.

Prior Estates in south London are the worst property management company we've ever come across in 40 years in the property business! Andrew McKeer is the most unreliable person on the planet, who NEVER picks up the phone, NEVER answers emails and is ALWAYS on holiday. He deserves to win a gold medal for incompetency and for his disrespect towards his clients. Check out all the zero and one star reviews of Prior Estates Limited all over the internet. These people are so farcical in how they run things they should have been on Fawlty Towers. Avoid - unless you fancy spending the next five years of your life trapped in a Kafkesque nightmare trying to get hold of Prior Estates!
