Avoid!!! Like many people I wanted to invest but didn't know how or what to do, they sold the dream and I owned a flat, which I was told I was getting at 'below the market' and can make a good return, in the end it never reached the rental income I was told it would, and the flat has lost value by approximately 20k, can't even sell it. I forgot to mention the other way they take money off you is by a member fee and then a nice percentage for them once you buy. Its taken along time for me to get round to writing this because I believed that the investment will come through... But it didn't.

James Lynch and Hannah Mahoney have always reported back to us in a professional tidy manner and progressed our purchase effectively despite challenging issues such as changing contractor during our off plan purchase and delays on site due to covid 19. I would feel confident in using the buy2let shop again.

The same people who used to own the Buy2Let Shop which is now bankrupt owns this Company. The Buy2Let Shop mishandled thousands of pounds from many investors including myself and now has become bankrupt. Do not trust these people with your hard-earned money.

I have received exceptional service from these guys so far. I am not quite a landlady yet but I can only recommend it. A special mention to Ross who goes the extra 10 miles to accommodate the clients needs. And lovely Hannah provides a customer service other companies could only dream of. Knowledgeable and prompt communication. 10 out of 10 !!!

We bought property late last year which was due to be delivered in late October 2020. Understandably there were slight delays which were all caused by the Pandemic. However, the support and assistance from Ross, James and Hannah was excellent. They are dedicated professionals that kept us informed and provided updates at all times. We cant thank them enough for all their help.
