Waited 15 minutes to get a package returned, a process that takes 5 seconds. The queue was only 10 people. When it was my turn and I had already taken the initiative to scan to print my barcode, I was told I "should have put that label on the package" as if it's my job? The work ethic at this place is zero.

60 minute wait to speak to an advisor no post including bills and cards for over 2 weeks,already had tele and Internet cut off for nonpayment of BT bill that didn't arrive and being charged 7.50 for late payment. Disgusted
