I regularly order and the service is usually okay, last time I ordered my food took three hours to come. My order tonight was placed at 9:52 and I received an email to say there was a problem to contact the store. Called them for them to say theyre closing at 10 when the app says 11. The money is taken from my account and all of my rewards points have been taken and my discount codes are now reading as used so I have majorly lost out and I am not satisfied with this communication. Im sorry to leave this review but nothing seems to be happening and I dont want others to have to experience this.

Received my confirmation email. Then received three missed calls regarding my order and an email stating that my order was cancelled - so far so good. Contacted the listed phone number numerous times and received no reply. Have not been refunded for the cancelled order either. Not pleased.

Went to this place for lunch, and it was, all in all, really good.

My account was hacked and this branch allowed the fraudster to collect their food despite being notified of the offence ahead of time. Brain dead staff.
