Ordered Bundle 1 for two pizzas from Deliveroo, and upgraded one to a gluten free base. Upon delivery, neither box was marked as gluten free, and called to confirm with the restaurant that the wrong pizza had been delivered. Neither the restaurant nor Deliveroo agreed to refund the cost of the pizza as part of the bundle deal, rather were only willing to refund the 2.35 gluten free base upgrade. No effort from the restaurant to make things right by sending out the correct pizza, and also unwilling to refund the cost of the pizza as part of the bundle deal despite this being inedible due to a gluten intolerance. Extremely poor customer service, and would have been hazardous had we not spotted the error at time of delivery. Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions ignored.
