Snappy Snaps

Terrible experience at the Bromley branch. I went in to take passport photos and i was the only customer in the shop. Lynne took my first photo without the flash and the photo was poor. When I asked her to take it again she seemed put out. I wasnt happy with the second photo and asked for another and she said, "its just a passport photo, whats the problem?" She then made a comment to her colleague in front of me that made her laugh. I would never return nor recommend others. Very poor customer service with rude staff that do not know how to treat customers.

Lots of of Etsy purchases left me wanting good quality prints to put then on my walls, easy online process, quick printing and easy collection made using Snappy Snaps a no brainier really. Message when they were ready meant no hanging around or getting there before they were ready, will definitely use them again when I need professional quality prints in a snap!

I had the pleasure of using this store today. I happened to interact with the three staff members. All were friendly, helpful and professional. I managed to get some film developed and got digitals, prints and the film back in an hour. Just fantastic service.
