        Wondered in just to browse was met with the loveliest customer service! Refik was so helpful and helped me and a friend find scents from quite vague suggestions and I found my dream perfume thanks to his knowledge and expertise! Truely delighted after this experience.

        My first stop within the Glades this morning to get my daughter a birthday gift, I was greeted with 2 pleasant good mornings at the same time, 1 was from Paula the store manager and the other from Rafik. This was my first time meeting Rafik he was very helpful and professional. Paula have have dealt with on numerous occasions and she has always been the same sweet person. Thanks again for this morning and I will definitely recommend this store.
