Chris Tempest Osteopath

In spite of being busy and very much in demand, Chris made himself available at short notice to treat some acute back pain that I was suffering as a result of overdoing it in the garden. The difference made by half an hour of treatment was incredible and full recovery came not long after. That must have been three or so years ago and since then he has provided good consistent treatment as well as advice for exercises, stretches etc, which have helped me stay in good shape ever since. I am now moving away from the area and will miss the great service and reassurance he has provided. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough.

A friend of mine recommended Chris to me, because I had serious problems with my leg. I felt much better right after my first therapy. Chris always wears PPE and the treatment room is performed nice and clean. After 4 sessions I am feeling like new. I would not hesitate in recommending Chris!

Absolute miracle worker - after weeks of agonising shoulder pain caused by poor posture from working at home , Chris cured the problem in a week - could not believe it - 100 % recommend - followed up with some reinforcement . Agony to pain free in one 40 minute session - excellent
