Wilkinson Eyewear Studio Bromley

I chose to have my follow-up appointment after a recent cataract op carried out at WESB, having experienced their wonderful customer service previously. I was not disappointed. I was seen on time and the checks were carried out professionally & efficiently despite my 'blinking' issue (thanks for bearing with me!) Likewise, there was a great range of glasses to select from, and I look forward to collecting the ones I chose in a couple of weeks. 100% is my overall assessment.

I switched to Wilkinson (Bromley) and have no regrets in doing so. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. There is a very relaxed atmosphere and unpressurized approach here, and you have their undivided, unrushed attention. ...and what I equally love is that they have the most awesome range of frames, from the safe traditional styles to the very flamboyant; after years of playing it safe I had to go for the flamboyant ones...and I love them! The quality of service, from beginning to end, matches the quality of their frame. This is without a doubt the best Optician I have been to.

THE BEST OPTICIANS IN BROMLEY!!! My son loves every single visit!! Even when we had to do the whole eyes test procedure, he enjoyed every second of it because of how amazing the whole team is When he managed to break his glasses, we took them back and got a new pair THE NEXT DAY I highly recommend them for the whole family (as my husband only goes there as well because they offer great designs as well )

Incredible opticians, from first walking in I felt at ease and welcomed by their lovely receptionist. And the optician herself was also very informative, supportive and friendly. Having had a bad experience previously at Specsavers, Ill never go there again and this will be my new opticians going forward. The staff really do take their time and put all their expertise, knowledge and energy into you as a customer, not rushed in and out like at Specsavers! Didnt get his name but the man helping with deciding on which pair to go for was also amazing, (thank you for texting me and getting me out of my comfort zone) and showing me all the alternatives there is when it comes to glasses! its a really lovely team, I highly recommend Wilkinsons Thank you again!!
