        Just had a wonderful in-store experience with Cherie and their optician (sorry didn't grab your name!). Eye test was professional and smoothly run as always. Cherie then helped me pick out a new pair of glasses, clearly explained the different lenses and 'add-ons'. Everything was clearly set out so I knew what I was getting and for what price. No pushy sales. A new pair of glasses and 2 re-glazed pairs later, job done! Thanks Cherie!

        Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Waiting over 2 weeks for my glasses due to an error, keep getting the run around and it's up to me as the customer to keep on phoning for updates rather than having the courteousy to keep me informed. I'll be expecting a call back from the manager and to be contacted by head office as promised.
