        Worst customer service. Been on a lense subscription for years, when I asked them to cancel my subscription after my next delivery they misread it and cancelled it altogether. Instead of fixing it they told me to place a new order. Similar things have happened previously, they clearly need training or Specsavers doesnt know what customer service is.

        Sophie (Bromley store) did an amazing job of fixing my glasses during my lunch break. She replaced the missing screw and tightened both ends. Very happy because I love my frames which were quite dear, so didnt want to have to get new ones. Great job Sophie!!! Thank you.
