My husband had his first cataract done yesterday at bromley. I cannot rate the whole team highly enough, we were informed what would happen every step of the way. We had a little wait as there was an emergency, but it all run smoothly after that. All the staff and doctors and nurses were highly proffesional. Thank you all so much. And coffee and biscuits were really nice.

This is just about finding it and parking, both extremely difficult. Google maps doesnt have it and takes you to a little surgery next door. Having worked out that its in the big office block next door, where to park? Round the back are all the busses for Bromley and a bus staff car park. Next to that is a railway station (yes thats next door!) can park where you can only by park by the day, using an app, minimum 6.30 for a day. So download the app, register a card the old way by typing it all in. Then it offers Apple Pay! Would have been simpler to do that first! So then find the entrance. From the car park theres a short cut but thats locked! So walk round the side theres a convenient entrance but no! Goods only. Keep going right round three quarters of the building, finally youre in, but youre not signed to turn right so you go right in to an empty lobby with no signs. Come back out and notice a door now on your left, with no signs. Like a mysterious invitation it says press the intercom. Door opens. Now after 20 minutes since arriving I am finally in reception. Thank goodness they have free coffee!! Good job I dropped off my wife so she could go in before I parked. PLEASE CAN WE HAVE SOME BETTER INDICATIONS AROUND THE BUILDING AS TO WHERE TO PARK FOR SPAMEDICA AND HOW TO FIND IT IN THE BUILDING???? Thank you???

Exceptional it was like a well oiled but personal conveyor belt. The day of surgery just like the first appointment, in and out, no unnecessary hanging about. Staff were great and I was kept informed of what was going on at all times. Very pleased to have had it done. Hopefully they will be doing my other eye in the very near future.

I had my 1st cataract operation 5th October 2022 and cannot express my gratitude highly enough. From my initial assessment to the actual procedure all the staff were so kind, friendly, and professional and I felt totally at ease throughout. It has been truely amazing to be able to see more details and true colours for the 1st time in the best part of 60 years!! Offered a hot drink and biscuit before and after my procedure and cannot wait for the second op to be done. Thank you all very much . Carolyn

Spa Medica were for me were very competent and efficient. Yes wait time was a little longer than expected on day of procedure but considering the help they are giving to the NHS overflow and the speed in which from pre op appointment to actual appointment was faultless. Cleanliness and friendly staff who kept you at ease throughout the day. Highly recommended you
