        Id sadly avoid using Bright Horizons. We had a very poor experience with some unethical practices happening and not caring for the well-being of their families. Would recommend other local nurseries such as les enfants and fennies over BH, which we have also used. You will get a much better experience elsewhere

        Wonderful staff, lovely nursery. Our daughter went here from age 2-4yrs and was very happy there. If you're looking for a caring, fun and relaxed environment for your child with staff that actually care and do their very best to work around the parent's needs too, then I highly recommend Bright Horizons, Shortlands.
