Great repair shop. It does not look great from the outside but don't be put off. The guy here is polite, knowledgeable and honest. He quickly, easily and inexpensively sorted a problem with my teens phone. Happy to recommend and we certainly use again myself.

I got phone screen glass replaced and all looked good. I got home and the phone would not charge - it most certainly did charge before, because it had always charged fine and did so before I left home that day. Won't return and waste more time I don't have and even entertain what will likely be a charge to fix a fault that wasn't there in the first place. It's worth paying the extra to go to a main manufacturer recognized outlet from this experience. For the record, I am talking about this shop on this review and no other, so let there be no confusion here.

Ive been using Bromley Mobiles for quite a few years and if Id known I could write and review I would have done every time. So for this review it is so well deserved to be A*. I took my daughters phone in For camera repair. I was told that all the lenses were broken and needed replacement front and back. I was told a price along with my own home I had took in the fixed. I went back once the parts was in and left both phones. I never got charged for my phone as it wasnt able to be fixed but didnt get charged for the service. My daughters phone was repaired with the new camera lenses at the back, the front didnt need replacing only the screen saver and he put a lense saver over the camera. When I went to give over the money to pay the guy told me that it wasnt the price due to not doing all the work. I was over the moon due to the price and the honesty. I was none the wiser and would have paid the full amount. Honestly and fairness is something that is certainly shown in the shop and would always be using shop The service is amazing. Always friendly and attentive to your needs for your phone.
