        They put their estate agent board everywhere, without asking any permission. The leave the board after the flat is let, and when we call them, they dont pick it up.

        We had a wonderful experience with this agency. From the very beginning Mr Jack Frendo was very prompt and helpful. Initially while we were not in UK he was easily reachable by email and booked us for viewings. Once we agreed upon a listing he explained the entire process really well as we were new to the system. Even at thebstage of referencing he helped in every way he could. Overall, the entire process was streamlined and I strongly recommend this agency to let any property in this area.
