As a first time buyer and not having a clue on what we needed to do or where to start to Get a mortgage we was recommended Richard by a family a member, from day one he was helpful didnt ever make me feel silly for asking questions or asking to explain things, nothing was ever to much for him, always got back to me ASAP and kept us in contact with was what happening, very professional, overall an amazing experience on getting my first mortgage, would never use anyone else but him in future and will Highly recommended him you wont be disappointed.
