I purchased a babys bracelet from this jewellers which needed links taken out off it to fit .( the lady in the shop measured my babys wrist) Took them so long to do it .as it had been pushed aside by mistake so they said . !! when I actually collected it it didnt even fit my baby !!!! Really annoyed. Poor service. Sent a email no reply!
