We recently used Start Financial Services for obtaining our mortgage and life insurance. Jo Lee and Cheyanne Haye were fantastic throughout the whole process! Jo found us a wonderful deal with one of our preferred mortgage providers, and just before another interest rate increase! Jo was very quick to get our MiP to the seller, allowing us to lock in our offer on the house. Throughout the whole process both Jo and Cheyanne were on hand to help troubleshoot any questions from our solicitors and keep us updated on what was happening. Both are clearly experts in their field, and that knowledge allowed us to easily make informed decisions. Both of them were on hand everyday, and would often reply within the hour of any email we sent them! I would recommend anyone who is beginning the process of buying a house to consider using Start's services, for such a small cost they removed much of the stress from the process, and helped us get the keys to our house in a mere 8 weeks!
