I recived as a present ring from this shop which needed size adjustment. I was expecting that such simple service will take max few days (especially that it was expencive ring) It took over 2 weeks. I had some questions about ring as well, which where left without respond as seems staff, nice and polite but doesn't have too much knowledge about products.

Jane was very helpful - a true credit to the store she made me feel comfortable relaxed and explained all the key points to look out for when buying an engagement ring. She even spoke to the team to obtain a quote on a piece I wanted made.
