        What a fabulous experience, such lovely ladies.Really helpful,nothing too much trouble,kept in touch with me.Visited Ernest Jones to have my engagement ring redesigned,extremely helpful,love my ring thank you.Second ring left being redesigned too,it's my late mums engagement ring over 60 years old,can't wait to see it,due soon.Thank you so much for all your help and guidance especially Jane,looking forward to seeing my next ring.Highly recommend to others.Great experience.
