I had to argue with a training provider who didn't provide me with the services I had paid for and it wasn't going anywhere, Chas helped me to find an amicable solution and settled the refund from them. Our charity was struggling to renegotiate the contracts we had for copiers that were no longer required. Chas took care of everything - he dealt with the suppliers on our behalf and took the headache away of having to spend time and energy trying to tackle it ourselves - not to mention the stress. He renegotiated a much better deal and ended up saving us more than 27k. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
