        Excellent club, great instructors, lots of classes available. I Definitely recommend this club, have been a member several Taekwondo clubs before joining CTF and this is by far the best.

        A great family friendly club. Run to very high standards with consistency across all grades. Well structured classes with a good warmup first and a good coverage of the syllabus each week. A wide range of grades attend every class and that helps with sharing the club members experience.

        Its a mixture of ages, aptitudes and abilities with lots of parents and children, teenagers, boys and girls, men and women. Great for fitness as well as good for burning off the stresses of life. Throughly recommend giving it a try.
