Unfortunately not a good experience. Poor communication, long delays before responses to emails received (sometimes ignored), poor to non existent updates. No information regarding processes or progress. Still ongoing so I can't be more specific. Really unimpressed. I can safely say they won't be getting any repeat business from me or my family.
