Went here for a 16th birthday, we booked a table yet they still tried to turn us away. Rude staff, one made comments under his breath as we left and one shouted at the birthday girl when she tried to show our reservation. We spent over 100, were treated poorly and the food was mediocre. Will not be returning !

I went again today, the pizza was wet in the inner dough and when you cut it, it became a slush and a mess.I have never experienced wet pizza before or that it was even possible.The filling was OK, the base was not nice. And the tomato sauce was only applied to the outer edges of the base instead of all over. The other foods were cold. Very disappointing.. The male waiters service were nice expect the female waitress.She just starred at us when we came in?? not sure why either. Overall, a really odd experience. Beware they do charge 12.5% service charge. I would like to think to charge at this price the food/service charge will be at a satisfaction level, unfortunately it did not meet this standard. I have eaten much better food elsewhere on Bromley high street. Would not be coming back in the future.

came here to celebrate a birthday party with reservations all booked up, as we walked in the manager came up to us asking for bookings and we showed them and they said they had called my friends number 7 times when they had only called twice, the reservation was already made and we had already stated how many people were going so there was no reason for us to be unwelcomed and shouted at. the manager got angry at all of us but finally let us come in and order, the only thing that was quite nice was our waiter and the scenery! all of the workers who were higher up in their job were very rude and stuck up. we waited more than and hour for the food the arrive burnt and another half an hour to get the bill actually pay, as we were a big group all of us were paying separately and when I said I was paying for me and my sister the waiter said he did not care and to just hurry up with paying after we waited for so long. just when we were leaving we said our thank yous and the rude worker sarcastically said bye and told us to call back next time!! also one more thing is that this place is very racially motivated and the food here is very mediocre for the prices you have to pay. will NOT be coming here ever again.
