Churchill Insurance

Theyve gone downhill rapidly. Got a good quote online but got a message to call them due to my email address still being on their system. 1st call they hung up and didnt call back. 2nd call they didnt answer. Obviously dont want my custom. Goodbye forever Churchill. Suggest you pay to have more staff in your call centre. There are plenty of alternative insurance companies out there.

Never made a claim but have used a few times for cover over the years and does seem to be one of the better quality insurers. Find expensive on renewals though but thats not unusual with insurance.

Shocking customer service. My car is currently in a garage waiting to be repaired however due to a backlog no one from Churchill has approved the repair as yet. I am calling daily for an update waiting up to an hour on hold to be told each time that there is a back log and they will look into it, and of course they still havent got back to me. I am now paying for taxis to get to and from work and still have no idea when my car will be approved for repair. I am extremely frustrated at their lack of concern and communication. Avoid Churchill, they may be cheap but its really not worth the hassle to deal with them if you have to make a claim!

Quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever received in my entire life. Dont pick up the phone and rubbish policies regarding courtesy cars.
